9.3 Maximum Liability

PHLOV3'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. Any unclaimed funds remaining in closed accounts after ninety (90) days may be forfeited.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. 12.5 Force Majeure

phlov3 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
